Kingsun was founded at 1994, and become the first publicly list company with LED Street Light as its main business in China at 2011. During the past 27 years, we cooperate with our partner to service in thousands of projects globally, which give us great experience in the customer service and project management. Kingsun is not only a lighting manufacturer, we consider ourselves as a lighting solution provider, we offer the whole energy efficiency package for our client, and helping them to have significantly lower maintenance cost and save more on electricity cost. This time I am taking business development director, it is a challenge, but I like it. At this moment, the LED lighting market is developing for more than 20 years, most of the market structure are settled, knocking on a right door is become very accurate mission. At this point, the market has been packed with different kind of suppliers, which is very confusing, you could not tell which one is good or bad. You might not happy with the slow response from the big brand and not satisfied with the quality and service with the small company. As a lighting company, the market is not like 15 years before, everyone is keen to try this new technology. As a leading company in the field, we need to set up different business mode for different market and schedule different cooperation package for different level clients. As an experienced sale, well I should say as an experience market developer, what I could do at this period is to talking to the clients in the market, and showing the multiple client service package we have, giving them confidence and growing up together. As you know, we are the world top 10 street lighting company, but it will not stop us to keep leaning and innovating, let’s discuss on lighting, we are sure we will learn something out of it.

      I am very proud to have chance join the team to run many famous projects when I working in Fintronx. The projects include Crab Tree Shopping Mall, Colombia Centre Shopping mall and NCAA Basketball Stadium. Clients are very satisfied with our lighting products and service. For the market side I also support local sales to build up electrician store sales channel with the new products range and import BB1 Series product into Grainger. Job Content Project base: At the early stage of project, I will set up a team to evaluate the project package, and build up the lighting simulation model. Secondly, we will select the products from our lighting products base and working with our sales to check every detail information of products and commercial terms. For the later period, we will send the products to the field as promised and I will go to the project to advice the installation. After the installation, we will help our client to apply for the local government Green Lighting refund plan. Market base: Maintenance the existing sales channel and try to help local sales build up the new sales direction base on different products. Extend the online sales such as Amazon and eBay. Develop the Mexico and central American Market using EMC mode, and build up the international sales network.

      During the working period in Kingsun, I was handling the market sales of North American, Central American, Australia, African and some part of Europe Market. I using my personal time to self-study the lighting simulation software at the first year I join the company which improve my sales skill and could offer more support for my client. And take over the lighting simulation job for the whole international sales team. For the 8 yeas I stay in Kingsun, I simulation more then 1000 project which include street light project, shopping mall and sport stadium. I love to spend time with my client to talk about the products and market, so I visit my client a lot. At 2012 I join the Mayor Conference at San Francisco, and make a speech about LED lighting technology development and Kingsun products presentation. Set up a sales team for 22 people at 2013, and win the sales champion title personally and best sales team title at the same year. Job Content: Every year, I will work with Sales VP to set up the marketing strategy and sales plan, and base on the client feedback to develop the suitable product line for different market. Recruit the new sales person, set up proper training plan and build up a quality sales team.

      When I working at Bang-Bell, the LED Lighting technology is just beginning, all the factory in China is very keen to getting touch with this new tech.
