When one of the most strategic and insightful marketing people at your advertising agency is the Finance Director, you either have a problem or an amazing Finance Director. At Irish International it is certainly the latter case. Most number crunchers that I've met in this industry are quite content to keep their heads buried in the books and remain oblivious to the ongoing cacophony around them. If that was the way Allen operated, it would be a tremendous loss for the agency.
