From Day 1, Allen has been an invaluable asset for Zecco. As a Tech Support, he was has comfortable discussing a technical issue with the engineers, breaking it down for the Support Team, or outlining the risks for Management. He is the type of person I always want to have in a project team: a self starter, able to quickly understand and convey issues, outline options and execute the solution on time. In many years working with him, he never produced anything that was not high quality work and meeting the deadline. If you combine that with his friendly demeanor and can-do attitude, you have a rare combination. I warmly recommend Allen and would happily work with him again should I have this opportunity in the future.
