      My duties revolved around installing and troubleshooting Charter’s cable services including internet, telephone, and video. Specific issues I worked on, on a daily basis ranged from TCP/IP resolution, wireless router installation and problem resolution, and personal computer internet connection support to RF (radio frequency) troubleshooting and educating each Charter customer on the proper operation of their services.
