  In this role, I work to develop, oversee and administer grant funding for the Greene County Juvenile Office - Community Based Services. This work includes ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal grant requirements and completion of grant audits. Further, I am responsible for managing the budgets for Community Based Services and handle all purchasing requests. As a part of this position, I am responsible for data analysis, management and reporting for Community Based Services. I direct food service contracts for our facility and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for those programs. This position requires coordination with various County Departments as we work in concert to manage the facility, develop policy, and ensure the safety of our youth and staff. Participate in the strategic planning of our office as a member of the Greene County Juvenile Office Leadership team. I serve as the office Racial and Ethnic Disparity (RED) Coordinator for our office as well.
