Responsible for designing the developer experience of the Forge Platform on its first launch as it scaled from 0 to >6000 apps. Functioned as part of a triad across three developer teams and multiple tooling products and systems: Forge’s UI Kit; Custom UI; CLI; Mobile; and the Jira and Confluence extension points.Researched, designed, and shipped the new UI component set for Forge.   Design System team, UI Platform - creating, maintaining and evolving the Atlassian Design System (ADG, ADS), it's corresponding website, design assets, branding and implementation(Atlaskit). Lead design tokens research with a small team. Providing the strategy embed and roll out design tokens and theming into the system. This ultimately led to shipping dark mode across 12+ products.Audited and restructured all the design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across all component and pattern documentation. Ran a 5-week consecutive exploration sprints, rapidly iterating each week, to explore different onboarding approaches. These consisted of user interviews, brainstorming and ideation sessions, prototyping and testing. Won quarterly internal hackathon “ShipIt” by creating the first user research laboratory.
