My colleagues and I had a FANTASTIC experience working with Claire on our project. I have worked with many different graphic designers and Claire stands out clearly as the best I have had the opportunity to work with -- not only because of the beauty, creativity and quality of her design work, but also because of her graciousness and professionalism. She kept the project on timeline despite many challenges we threw at her unexpectedly (!). She is a pleasure to work with. And she brings a deep commitment to making sure her design reflects the voices and aspirations of the community she is designing for.

I’m a freelance graphic designer specialising in print design. Over the past years I have been designing publications, event communication, and visual identities to make my clients — mostly in the environmental and social sector — stand out. To deliver their message esthetically and efficiently, I like to use co-creation processes, leading to strong partnerships and optimal results. • Project Manager and Art Director of Touchpoint, the journal of service design
      • Sep 2012 - Sep 2014

Touchpoint is a triannual journal published by the Service Design Network. Each issue is a collection of about 20 articles written by international authors on one specific topic, related to service design. My role as project manager was to handle the whole process, from the call for contributions to the publication. I was coordinating the multiple collaborators (editors, authors, proofreader) to end up with a quality content. I was also the connection with the printer and the shipment company. As art director, I was responsible for the image material, creating illustrations (drawing and pictures), redesigning diagrams and – last but not least – layouting the journal. Show less
