The programme of work was recognised as the most challenging planning exercise the group had delivered in terms of time and complexity. A hugely rewarding programme of work allowing me to work with some fantastic people and teams. The programme allowed me to utilise my skillset to manage both technical and political challenges to successful resolution. Delivery of this programme led to significant praise from our senior customer along with recognition with senior management in MBDA. This has enhanced our reputation with the project team and allowed MBDA to win further business. Along with the large trials campaign I have led several other projects. Main areas of work have focussed on: -Authoring of technical proposals -customer liaison and stakeholder management -facilitating bid and supporting commercial proposals -project management of complex technical projects -management of a team of project engineers, technical experts and sub-contracts -responsibility for risk, issue and budget control within multiple programmes
