  Plastix A/S is a great company who re-cycles used fishing-net and ropes from the fishing industry into new re-granulated materiel - HDPE and PP-co. I worked for Plastix since November 2017 as a consultant via my company: Altha. We continuously added hours to our arrangement to a level where I practically worked as a full-time employee over 3-4 years. During the period my responsibilities were technical development and sales support, which very often go hand in hand - because customers often need small adjustment or support - especially when using re-cycled material. I held the title as: Head of Sales and R&D. However, eventually all good things will come to an end, and Plastix feel ready to continue without me being part of the daily team. I still work on selected projected, and I hope this will continue in the future. Show less

I still see myself being closer to the industry, but in the overlap between universities and the industry, there is a strong basis for growing real innovation. Therefore, I was happy about the opportunity to be part time associate lecturer at Aalborg University for a few years. I was giving lectures on: Product development and innovation with a special focus on radical innovation (or disruption). Also, I was supervising students with their projects (bachelor or master).
