  Job Responsibilities: Providing a quality service for customers. The key duties of this position include, but are not limited to the responsibilities detailed below:  Communicates with customers on the discussions of test requirements and specifications.  Test plan study and review once received from customer for preparation of probe card design and test platform to be used.  New device probe card design and ordering.  New product test program coding and development.  Test program and probe card debug and verification (site to site, bi-modal, leakage, functional fail, OTP, etc.)  Analyze and review probed data before sending to customer for disposition.  Generate on-time report and communicates with customer on the status of new devices under development.  Create check sheets that compare binning, spec limits and parameter names of datalog vs test plan.  Update test plan on the tester resources used, current compliance and test time for documentation.  Provides technical support to product engineers on endorsement of new product that will be released to production to ensure conformance of the test process.  Support product engineers on low yield verification of mass production devices.  Contribute to the Knowledge Database of Chipbond and document the procedures and processes that will help improve debugging enhancement and skills. - Test platform: ND1-6371 Advantest, ASL1K, DiamondX Show less
