SFL Youth Development Committee was established to develop and maintain the expansion of the Under 19 Competition in the Southern Football League, the role is voluntary, the main aim of the Committee is to help and mentor every Football Club in all divisions in establishing their own Under 19 side which is the future of each club, which will clear a pathway for young footballers to progress through to Senior Football.
