  Reporting to the Managing Director, I have accountability for the Operation System within the services organisation. It is my role to deliver the product to the customer within a highly competitive aerospace industry, covering medium and large civil aircraft types. Responsible for over 800 direct employees, staff and managers with a sales turn over of approximately £600M.
