Al is the best example of a True, North, Strong, and Free Canadian Patriot that I have had the pleasure of meeting in my life. Allan Dale has and continues to dedicate his life to our nation in every way he is able. After a distinguished career in our military and retiring as a CO, did Al stop? Of course not! Allan chose to pass his experience on to the next generation by working with the students of the UPEI FSDE program. Al used his vast network and communication skills go help nurture the innovative new program to the thriving success it is today. He was instrumental in helping students work on real world projects for the Navy, CSA, and many more world wide. But, did Allan Dale rest on his laurels? Never, he saw that policies and red tape were getting in the way of real change so Al went into politics to try to push PEI forward. Then, to help pass his wisdom on to any who needed it Al started his own consulting form so he is no longer limited by bureaucracy telling him who he can and cannot help. Allan is twice my age but has twice the energy and drive I think I ever will. I hope that one day I will be have the man that Allan Dale is.

Allan and I worked together developing opportunities in Canada and International markets. Allan has an innate ability to interact at all levels, which coupled with connections and links to the highest offices ensures the success of any endeavour. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Allan and I would urge anyone who requires a strong influencer, with great oratory and presentational skills, to consider Allan Dale as an important aspect of their team.

Al Dale is a seasoned business development professional who gets results. He combines exceptional leadership and professional skills with an easy-going demeanor that allows him to interact effortlessly with everyone from the company president to the factory floor worker. I’ve experienced first-hand his ability to open doors and get things done whether it be with business leaders, government officials, the military, trade associations, or funding agencies. If you’re looking for new, inventive opportunities to expand your business, you need to get Al on your team.

As I close this chapter I know that I have a solid foundation for what is over the horizon thanks to the mentors the Navy has afforded me. Thank you all.
