Bio
Eleni Symeonidou (She/Her)
I worked with Allan in the same team as Regional Trainers for EF Shanghai. I remember this time fondly, as it was one of the best work experiences I've had and Allan was a big part of it. Allan follows an evidenced-based approach in everything he does and combines that with humour and a large appetite for experimentation and news ideas. Work was never boring, because there would always be a new piece of research to discuss and apply in training, and new learnings and reflections to explore. I particularly enjoyed the time we spent together on our own professional development and the fact that I was always challenged by Allan to do better and achieve more. He is the ultimate team player and working with him I always felt supported. One of the things I admire most about Allan is his critical mind. When I need to crash-test my work, Allan is the first on my list of people whose feedback I seek. He is also able to quickly and accurately assess needs and identify appropriate solutions, and he is an excellent communicator. For all these, I believe Allan would be an invaluable member of any team he joins. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
