  In 2019-2020 we consulted for Griffinworx in partnership with ALIGHT, to train livelihood programs in refugee environments. Our hyper-local and inclusive Alight StartUp Cup supported over 750 unique refugee businesses in 5 settlements to build Self-Funded, sustainable businesses through competing in one of 10 – Five Week Business Building Acceleration Flights in Nakivale, Oruchinga, KyakaII, Kyangwali and Bidibidi.
