Alla successfully completed a Cambridge ESOL CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) during which I was one of her Teaching Practice tutors. Alla has a very good presence in the classroom; confident, friendly and encouraging. This means she is able to build and maintain good rapport with her learners at all levels. Alla has also a good understanding of the learning process and her lessons are quite student-centered. She has developed a good range of skills and techniques in communicative language teaching, all of which she is able to use to good effect. I would happily recommend Alla, and would like to take this opportunity to wish her luck for the future.
