To make CASS billing files available to the settlement with participating agents or associates in CASS where LX is participating on a fortnightly basis. Daily actioning of queues in the accounting system involving errors to do with AWB capture and liaising with concerned with concerned stations for the same. Conducting special monthly reports checks for charges due carrier. Responsible for producing Credit notes for cargo agents in countries where CASS is not implemented on a fortnightly basis. Conducting special monthly report checks for charges due carrier (MHC, CCC, CGC). Managing missing cargo units from all over countries. Dealing with all Export and Import AWBs and billing to the agents. Invoicing of CCA (CASS CORRECTION AWBs). Conduct shipment verification process. Communicated regularly by client to provide suggestion require improving process. Maintain Daily Reports, MBR (monthly business reports), and Deck Report (weekly report). Exchange rate updation. Rate Audit, Adhoc Rate and Agreement filling. Import and Export Billing to CASS and NON-CASS customer. Working on Invoice and Uploading on CASS portal as per CASS deadline. Worked for Missing cargo containers for all over Asia/Europe/Middle-East. Show less
