Xavier Pavie

Alka was one of my students at ESSEC Business School -leading European business school-. She was particularly interested in innovation topics and she often challenged theories as well as practical demonstrations. I also worked with her as a junior at Safran, she was in charge of "reshaping" the business model and she did brillant analysis and recommendations. Structured, constructive, rigourous and also pleasant, Alka is a student/manager as we all like to meet.
