•Project Scheduling and Monitoring: Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. •Project supervision: Participate in pre-bid process and pre construction meeting; supervises the contractors during implementation of their contract. Conduct weekly meeting, and interact daily to the contractors to interpret their needs and concerns in the project. •Quantity surveying: Prepare cost proposal for additive works/change order encountered during project implementation. •Technical Analysis and Implementation: Interpret plans and specifications; Propose solution on the problems encounter in the project site that needs technical assistance and analysis. •Quality Control /Assurance: Implement correct procedure on MRB, housing and land development construction, from structural to finishing; overall quality control of works (plan, schedule, contractor’s performance) and report regularly on the project status •Materials Engineer: Witness testing of Rebars, Concrete, RCP’s, FDT, etc. to verify if all materials comply to the company code and standards, and make sure that all these test will be conducted within the project duration. •Survey Checking: Verify all existing utilities in the project area with the help of survey group; Certify location of points, horizontal and vertical control points, elevations, as well as alignment of all utilities to be laid. •Safety Officer: Implement the basic principle of safety and the welfare of the workers in the construction related activities. •General Documentation: Processing of contractors billing based on their accomplishments; shop drawings; change orders; DP of the contractor; Monitor Bonds; Prepare all necessary documents for turn-over of the completed projects; etc. Show less
