Making sure to have proper documentation in every event and filing. In-charge of photo documentation for archive purposes -Keep an archive of promotional material and event pictures for future reference and further studies. -Assist in preparing the updates for the Production Board. -Provide specs/materials to be used for Marketing collaterals -Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. -Responsible for creating project presentations and Quarterly Awarding Presentations. -Assist in fixing the network connection, computer problem issues.
