Report incidents to line management.  Development and training of QHSE for personnel.  Ensuring that company integrated QHSE Management Systems are implemented and adhered to.  Tracking and reporting on status of QHSE Execution Plan activities.  Identification of resource requirements and presentation to Project Managers.  Review and assessment of the effectiveness of project specific QHSE plans.  Actively monitor and participate in site environmental programs.  Perform regular inspections of the work areas to ensure compliance with regard to safe working practices and quality requirements.  Attend Client, Company and Contractor QHSE meetings as required.  Liaise with the Company and contractors staff to develop a common goal and homogenous team spirit.
