I worked for 3 months in the opening of a French fast food restaurant of higher standards called L’Ami Pierre. The menus were created and supervised by Chef Eric Ripert and his team from The Bernardin in New York City. I worked close with the co-owner and founder Pierre-Antoine Raberin.
