I am delighted to write a recommendation for Aliya, who I have the pleasure of working with at INTI International College Subang. Aliya is an exceptional individual who is highly motivated and consistently goes above and beyond in her work. During her time as a faculty member and Head of Program at INTI, Aliya proved herself to be a dependable and reliable member of the team. Her passion for education is truly inspiring, and she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to her students success, whether it is training them for competitions or in the classroom. Aliyas dedication and hard work have also been recognised, as evidenced by her successful transition to the role of the Dean. Her grit and determination to succeed have enabled her to climb the ranks within the institution, starting from a lecturer to her current position. Overall, I highly recommend Aliya for any role related to education or leadership. Her motivation, dependability, passion, and grit make her an excellent candidate for any organisation. 3

Ms. Aliya is one of the best lecturers in my life. She is those kinds of lecturers that are very strict which you might hate during the study but soon enough, you will feel thankful. Honestly, during my bachelor's study, I tend to forget knowledge as soon as I finished the final exam. Most of that newly-learned knowledge (theories and concepts) never followed me even into the next semester. However, most of the knowledge I learned from Ms. Aliya stayed with me not only into the following semester but now. For example, I will never forget that she asked me to redo the entire PESTLE part of the report twice while I was busily doing 3-4 other assignments (which almost killed me). However, that made me never forget the concept of PESTLE and I have applied this concept to other courses, projects, and assignments along the way until I finished my master's degree. I am appreciated that Ms. Alisa never give up on me and I really learned a lot from her lectures (for both academic knowledge and life suggestions.). After graduating for many years, I would still like to say: Thank you, Ms. Aliya :).
