  I supervised four case planners and a case aide for a program that offered services to forty five families. I was responsible for auditing files to ensure the needs of the family were appropriately met to the best of our ability within the year they were in services. I facilitated case conferences in conjunction with support from Administration for Children Services. Ensured the daily functioning and flow of the preventive services offered on a daily basis.
