Alivia is incredibly dedicated to her role, and from a recruiter's perspective is a dream to work with. She is very responsive and provides honest feedback (both positive and negative). The candidates that I have had interview with her always comment on how well she represented Claim Central, and how following their interview with her, they would walk away more interested in the role and in the organisation.

It’s rare that you come across standout energy like Alivia I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alivia for more than 12 months at Claim Central, Liv works on many projects and general operational requirements for me on a regular basis. Alivia’s ability to juggle multiple tasks and duties is unlike any I’ve seen before given her years of experience. I see Alivia as a true rising star in our organisation and thoroughly enjoy working with her. I always enjoy a joke with Liv, and her personality can light up a room. She is a true asset to our organisation,

I completed an internship in the discipline of HR at Designa, the leading Australian accessory company and distributor of: Guess Watches, Guess Jewellery, GC Watches, Maxum Watches, and many more. The internship gave me my first hands on experience and visual demonstration of how a HR role contributes to the strategy and vision of an organisation. It allowed me to utilise theory in a practical way, and gave me drive to pursue a career in employee relations and human resources. The In2Uni Program is a partnership between the University of Wollongong and Department of Education and Communities (DEC NSW), Illawarra and South East Region to enhance aspirations of selected primary and secondary schools within our communities. The University of Wollongong's In2Uni Program aims to build aspirations for tertiary education and beyond by allowing students to explore possibilities and opportunities at University. In this role, I worked with other In2Uni Mentors to plan and implement lessons with thirty students with the objective of raising their social capital and capacity to aspire to higher education. This role required me to liaise with external stakeholders, including students, parents and teaching staff. It also required exceptional leadership, communication, organizational and team work skills. Being apart of the In2Uni mentor team gave me other opportunities within the office at the University of Wollongong including calling campaigns that has resulted in strong communication skills. I demonstrated an outstanding commitment to my role as an In2Uni Mentor in the In2Uni Program. Throughout the duration of the role, I have continually exhibited professionalism and enthusiasm, which has been an asset to the In2Uni team. At all stages of my employment, I demonstrated an in-depth understanding of the role and met the expectations of supervising staff. I am dynamic and readily implemented any feedback that was given to me. I exhibited exceptional teamwork and communication skills and delivered an outstanding quality of work throughout the program that met the professional expectations of the office.
