Member of SLT responsible for:· Pastoral Care & Safeguarding (DSL)· PSHEE / External speaker programme· Educational Trips Co-ordinator· Managing Heads of Section Responsible for day to day pastoral care of the pupils. Preparation for inspection which took place in April 2017. The school was graded ‘excellent’. This included safeguarding training and writing our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy. The outcomes of the inspection were very pleasing indeed. I also made a number of referrals to Child Services since my arrival.FHS is a delightful and successful school. However, it is very small and traditional and I feel my skills and experience would be suited to a larger and more dynamic environment.
