  My current duties and responsibilities for the day to day warehouse operational activities within a 320,000 sq. ft. Site which operates 24 / 7. • Leading and promoting Health and Safety in the work place. Accountable for the base Health, Safety, Process Control, Quality & Performance Management, and Employee wellbeing. • Help develop the management team and guide them so to allow continuous improvement in line with safety, quality, the environment, and productivity. • Achieve the require standards for the Health and Safety audits and maintaining ISO Standards 14001 • Review and improve processes within the operation to maintain and improve the budgetary KPI’s. • Utilizing the capacity of the storage space available to help bring in gain share for both XPO and the client. • Accountable for any over spend on direct or indirect hours within the operational financial budget • Working with the stock management team to improve the stock loss / damage figures for the site • Completing all reports on a timely basis for both the client and senior management on site Show less
