  I worked on-site at Vodafone UK Headquarters, maintaining and repairing the large multifunction printers as well as helping users with printing problems, working closely with them until their problem is solved. Ordering stock and parts and when supervisor is out of the office, I oversee all duties at the HQ. I report if a server is down, and collate reports every week and at the end of the month. Also collating the HP Health and Safety file and making sure it is up to date.Key achievements: Redeveloping how users map to the printers. Helped with the instillation of new printers. Kept an up-to-date Master Fleet Design.
