  We manage construction projects either on a Main Contractor, or Works' Package basis. Projects include refurbishment of existing residential properties, including Listed Buildings, and new build projects ranging from traditional build to PassivHaus, as well as Commercial. We have broad panoply of advice and service offering that can range from full service Project Management and Contract Administration, from pre-design project inception to completion of defects liability period post-contract, to individual elements within the mix - all or any of which clients may only wish utilise. Our company also offers Sustainability reviews including energy and renewables consultancy advice, (including heating system review and design), in addition to such elements as cost advice and tendering from our QS department, in the pre-contract phase, and management of the build phase itself once works have commenced.
