In addition to my consulting projects I have also taken on some taken on some significant executive and general management roles recently and simultaneously; - General Manager Superloop Adelaide 500 - Australia's largest domestic car race, circa $30m budget and over 250,000 patrons - General Manager Bridgestone World Solar Challenge - Iconic and world leading innovation event, circa 1000 international participates operating world leading technology - Tournament Director Adelaide International WTA and ATP event - men's and women's professional tennis event, circa $6-10m budget, over 100 international players and over 200 volunteers - Chair Advisory Board Ecospec - coastal and marine engineering business, $1.8m to circa $10m revenue over 4 years - Chair of the Roger Rasheed Sports Foundation - charity supporting extreme disadvantaged communities, recent project delivered a $4m upgraded in the City of Onkaparinga as well as recent engagement of a Phd Student with Flinders University and Office for Recreation and Sport to measure the impact our organisation makes. As CEO of Tennis NSW I was responsible to the Board of Tennis NSW and for overseeing the sport in NSW. My role also included being the Tournament Director of the Apia International (an ATP / WTA event) which I represented at global meetings. Furthermore, with support from the NSW government and partners, our team introduced Fast4 to Sydney and taken a lead on developing a legitimate shorter form of the game. the first three events sold out three different venues between 2015 and 2017.Along with the Board I was responsible for the strategy of both tennis in NSW and the future direction of our major event in Sydney. Our aim was to drive interest and participation in the sport and promote the game of tennis. Working with Federal, State and local government our aim is to improve the standard of our facilities and the operations of these facilities across NSW.I have also overseen the introduction of our comprehensive investment policy and establishment of the Grass Roots Facility Reserve Fund (GRFR), the development of our Enterprise Risk Management framework, the development of our 5 year financial plan and the Business Case to transition to a new management model at Sydney Olympic ParkTNSW has over 600 members who deliver tennis services to the community and over 120,000 registered participants. Tournaments and competition Manager

As tournaments and completions manager I am responsible for the consolidation of tennis events offered from juniors through to professional tennis.Key outcomes of the role will be to create a clear pathway for competition and tournament play, develop the potential of both a National Tennis League and Asian Tennis League and search for opportunities to increase the professional opportunities for aspiring tennis athletes.Co -founder of World Tennis Challenge, an international tennis event delivered to a global audience my aim is to deliver brilliant events.As Tournament Director of the Asia-Pacific Australian Open Wildcard play-off in China, I Ied a team that delivered the first three events in China. This event was the first time Tennis Australia had delivered a professional event in Asia. The first event was delivered in Nanjing with the following two events delivered in Shenzhen, China. My role as Tournament Director included management of player procurement, event operations, media broadcast and sponsorship. Show less

As CEO of Tennis SA I reported to the Board of Tennis SA and was responsible for the development and execution of the business strategy. As Managing Director of World Tennis Challenge I was one of the Tournament Directors along with Darren Cahill, Mark Woodforde and Roger Rasheed. I was responsible for the design and execution of World Tennis Challenge. As a sold out exhbition event before the Australian Open the event is delivered along with the staff of Tennis SA. This event was designed from scratch with an orginal concept not delivered anywhere else in the world. In 2012 World Tennis Challenge won event of the year at the Sport SA gala awards night. Over 4 years the event sold out 10 of the 12 sessions with the other 2 sessions at over 95% occupancy. Show less
