      As CEO of Tennis NSW I was responsible to the Board of Tennis NSW and for overseeing the sport in NSW. My role also included being the Tournament Director of the Apia International (an ATP / WTA event) which I represented at global meetings. Furthermore, with support from the NSW government and partners, our team introduced Fast4 to Sydney and taken a lead on developing a legitimate shorter form of the game. the first three events sold out three different venues between 2015 and 2017.Along with the Board I was responsible for the strategy of both tennis in NSW and the future direction of our major event in Sydney. Our aim was to drive interest and participation in the sport and promote the game of tennis. Working with Federal, State and local government our aim is to improve the standard of our facilities and the operations of these facilities across NSW.I have also overseen the introduction of our comprehensive investment policy and establishment of the Grass Roots Facility Reserve Fund (GRFR), the development of our Enterprise Risk Management framework, the development of our 5 year financial plan and the Business Case to transition to a new management model at Sydney Olympic ParkTNSW has over 600 members who deliver tennis services to the community and over 120,000 registered participants. In 2017, TNSW achieved its highest event registered player numbers. Show less

      As CEO of Tennis SA I reported to the Board of Tennis SA and was responsible for the development and execution of the business strategy. As Managing Director of World Tennis Challenge I was one of the Tournament Directors along with Darren Cahill, Mark Woodforde and Roger Rasheed. I was responsible for the design and execution of World Tennis Challenge. As a sold out exhbition event before the Australian Open the event is delivered along with the staff of Tennis SA. This event was designed from scratch with an orginal concept not delivered anywhere else in the world. In 2012 World Tennis Challenge won event of the year at the Sport SA gala awards night. Over 4 years the event sold out 10 of the 12 sessions with the other 2 sessions at over 95% occupancy. Show less
