  I joined Pinter as part of the Brewing Development team, which is responsible for developing the new styles of our ‘Fresh Press’. Though involved in the recipe development process, my main responsibilities are managing the laboratory and my assistant, conducting research projects, maintaining and improving the quality of our ‘Fresh Press’ and its manufacturing process. As part of my role, I have, trained staff, built the Pinter’s quality laboratory and ‘Fresh Press’ quality and sampling plan, I present and maintain batch testing data, raising and acting on anomalous data as well as tracing sources of those defective batches. I also work closely with the operations, production and quality teams.
