Mark MacDonald-Crawley

I have thoroughly enjoyed working for Alistair during his time at Vodafone. His unique style of leadership helped me to excel in the position that I was in, due to the fact he would not only manage me, but mentor me as well, pushing the boundaries of what I thought I was capable of doing. Alistair is relatively pragmatic on his exterior, but beneath the surface lies a very capable, driven and focused manager that will always go the extra mile to encourage those that work for him. I would certainly be happy to work for Alistair in the future if the opportunity were to arise.

I have known Alistair for longer than I care to admit. Most recently I have collaberated closly with him in his role as Manager of Broadcast Operations at Virgin Media. He is professional and clear headed in his work and his handling of commercial issues. I have also found him to be pragmatic when dealing with the more the difficult and sometime critical operational issues.
