What a great colleague and person Ali is. Ali's drive for growth, development and quality is very hard to match. I remember him taking evening classes for his Marketing MBA while being full of energy every day in the office and achieving exceptional results. He is always looking for opportunities to perfect his marketing strategy and never gets tired of exploring new ideas and suggestions. Ali has exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, particularly toward new entries like I was. He was always available for my numerous questions and never hesitated to teach me about his fantastic marketing work. As a young intern, I learned a lot from Ali. His seriousness and enthusiasm are an inspiration that I will always take with me in my career. Ali is the kind of manager that all interns should have.

Genuine, creative and an eagerness to learn is what comes to mind when I think of Alistair. We bought Alistair on as a sales and marketing intern a little over a year ago and he has consistently impressed me throughout which is why there is no surprise we have decided to keep him on full time after education. Ali has been a key part in accelerating our social media presence and kick started the re-development of our website following a report into our bounce rates which has dramatically dropped since his involvement. Ali is one of the nicest people I have ever met and quick with a joke! Just feel sorry for him that he supports Everton. I'm sad to be leaving TrouDigital but delighted to know that Ali will be taking lead on our marketing in the near future!
