Employed as a RN in Endoscopy/Pain management and Day Hospital. After a couple of months working was promoted to lead Endo tech and was placed in charge of running the endoscopy unit. I was successful at increasing the efficiency of the unit, improved staff relations, improved communications and relationships with MDs, and preparing for HIPPA and JACHO reviews. I also volunteered to help at sister hospitals Endo/pain units which increased my knowledge base. Unfortunately was not able to continue working in unit due to medical complications during pregnancy.
