Executive Assistant to the CEO and to the Board of Directors
-
Dec 2006 - Feb 2008
I served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and President of the business as well as to the Board of Directors more generally as and when needed. I was put in charge of the copywriting team. I was also responsible for training a Junior Copywriter brought in to help take over the Marketing / Copywriting side of my role when I left. I played an integral part in the marketing team. I was responsible for copywriting all job vacancies to go on their website and liaise with each business customer to ensure the job description fit their needs. I maintained a good business relationship with them in order to obtain more job postings from them thus generating revenue for the business through repeat customers. I also researched the ways in which Job Boards worked and sought to maximise the responses to our job ads. This helped keep company costs down and profits high. Show less
