Creating products with Alison is a wonderful experience. She can find out the core problem and solve it to enhance the efficiency of the whole team. As a product designer (who has cooperated with Alsion for almost 2 years) I always appreciate her abilities that in how she organizes the QA team to accelerate the process and amazingly enhance the features with me. Furthermore, she always keeps a great connection with the users and can inspire me to optimize the features (or product) immediately to make sure we can perfectly provide the best way to solve the user's pain points.
