Provide oversight and management of multiple donor-funded contracts, managing a team of Project Managers and logistics personnel that provide direct implementation services as well as follow-up. Serve as the direct liaison with the client organization, and support Project Managers in their interface roles. Experience managing rule of law, democracy and governance, public health, legislative reform, agricultural, survey assessments / data analysis, civil society, education reform, Training of Trainer (ToT), NGO capacity building, and English language training projects. Management roles include: project management, financial reporting and management, training/conference/event management, administrative management, human resources management, logistics management, and complete operational management of facilities. Monitoring and evaluation experience includes numerous surveys and assessments, in which my role included creation of implementation plans; survey tool creation/revision; administration of pre-test; overseeing hiring of surveyors; oversight of translation efforts of survey tool; managing surveyor training and creation of curriculum for training; implementation of surveying in the field; management of data specialist and data entry team (for paper-based), M&E team and Logistics team; creation of database and subsequent analysis utilizing SPSS; creation of weekly (progress) and final reports; and constant reporting to USAID (or other donor) project lead.
