The Frogs were with us for nearly two years. Not only were they great fun to work with, but at times throughout our work together it was really clear to me the difference they were making to the organisation. They brought energy and skill to the challenge of shifting our culture and developing our leaders to support and drive the shift needed. As part of the extended leadership team, we had many a great session with the Frogs, that left me feeling truly energised, and genuinely excited about the possibilities that lay before us, both as a leadership team and a business. As we entered into the sessions, we felt overwhelmed - ‘this is not the right time’ - and as we came out, we realised how timely it was. When everyone was pedalling hard in the run to the end of the quarter or the year, the Frog’s sessions were so beneficial in re-focussing us all on the ‘right’ things, the things that would ultimately help us move the needle. As the State business lead, the Frog’s involvement and insight provided a clear framework for me to lift our collective aspirations and build the climate necessary to move towards them; they helped me operationalise being on the front foot to shape the business as opposed to reacting to short term pressures. We shared many a laugh with the Frogs, and they held us to account – a rare and valuable consulting combination!

At Vibrant Frog, we strive to infuse business with the skills and positive energy to change the world. Big job, starts little. We’re committed. We show organisations how to excel by unlocking capability. Because the hard and soft elements of organisations are intertwined, we work at the overlap of culture, systems and structures, where implementation often jams.My sweet spot is in immersing people in a process of individual and organisational self-awareness, in a way that is supportive and compelling – it inspires hope, optimism and the motivation for change. Next comes an instilled higher level of ownership in individuals, for both their own goals and organisational outcomes. The idea is that the ripple effect reaches shareholders, customers, stakeholders and community.

Limettier is a management consultancy founded on the belief that organisational culture is the nub of healthier and more prosperous organisations. Culture matters; it dominates. With huge energy, pragmatism, and smarts, we help bring clarity to organisational problems, renew vigour in strategic direction and establish better habits around execution; this, all supported by leadership alignment on desired culture and progressive organisational commitment to it. While leadership is key, we know that most people have more to offer; involvement at all levels means more engaged and satisfied employees. Happier employees means healthier organisations.

The lime group is an innovative boutique management consultancy based in New York, London and Sydney. We work at the intersection of strategy and organizational psychology - where 'the rubber hits the road' - to accelerate the progress of critical projects, to surface and overcome obstacles, and to dramatically improve the performance of senior teams. Some examples of my work: • Led the transformation of a functional area within a large global financial services firm to align culture with the new strategy, improve relationships between business units and corporate services and to ultimately improve productivity and significantly reduce cost • Conducted Partner coaching and business planning project in a fast-growing marketing and advertising company to develop a strong direction and foundation for their continued success – advised on financial management, systems and leadership behaviour • Helped clarify strategy to shift a US-based boutique financial firm to a big player in the industry. Worked with senior team and business unit stakeholders to align culture and systems to support the shift • Led a review of client performance in a large infrastructure alliance between an Australian state utility and several engineering and environmental consulting firms – involved interviews, focus groups, document review and presentation of the results to the key owner representatives
