This role was to manage and lead the Planning & Manufacturing Process stream to a successful implementation of the ERP Project. Prepared and issued Team Activity Plans and followed their progress.Prepared Project Documentation to support each phase of the Project and kept the Project Manager informed of any issues.Provided full support to the Project Manager to ensure the effective delivery and implementation of the ERP system in line with the agreed timelines.Process mapping and the functional requirements of the Stream were identified. Stream workshops were organised and held with the Consultants of the ERP provider on a regular basis.In conjunction with the Stream we identified area solutions and documented this in the Solution Definition Document.Cross functional workshops followed to ensure all the business processes were being considered.Wrote Visio Processes and Step by Step Guides to assist Training.Involved in Data Migration, Custom Events, Testing, Training and User Profiles.Cutover Plans were considered, documented and implemented accordingly.Final documentation prepared and handover completed to the business areas.
