This includes Employee engagement and staff retention.I ensure GDPR regulations are followed and keep HR policies and staff handbook current and within UK employment law guidelines.In 2020 we launched a formal employee well-being programme working with Workplace Wellbeing. In 2021 we have been working with Richerfit.
