      I assumed this position in June and while I was writing for the company, I realized that I was ready to start school again! As a result of attending classes, I stepped down from my position at this wonderful company for the sake of work-life balance.       At Nordstrom, I provided customers with a customized and supportive experience. I worked in the dresses department and I performed both sales support and emotional support for our customers shopping for special occasions. I also navigated language barriers between myself and customers. I had customers who would regularly return to the store and request my help. I loved developing bonds like these with customers. My biggest accomplishment at this job was when I received nationwide recognition for exceptional service.
