Company Health & Safety training to the standard of Nebosh Level 3 in Occupational Health & Safety is continually ongoing. Risk assessment and safety method statements are always in place before any work begins. Industry standard Insurance, ISO9001 Quality Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental and Equality policies are in place and successful procedures ingrained into all our employees.Equipment visual inspections are a major part of any air conditioning, refrigeration or heating service and maintenance programme we undertake and not done as a separate visit. We are on standby 24hrs a day, 365 days per year and operate a robust emergency response system to deal rapidly with any equipment failures. We are very confident in our system and can guarantee an engineer on site within 2 - 4 hours in most instances.
