Working alongside the Gerber Pattern Cutting team when discussing pattern alterations.       September 2008 - August 2011 - Left due to company relocation back to Skelmesdale I was responsible for fitting and approving two out of three premium brands owned by Matalan, working closely with the Buyers and Merchandisers of ‘et vous’ and ‘Soon’. These multi-product whole ranges, include soft separates, jersey, knitwear as well as outerwear. I also approved fabric test reports and wash care labels. The ‘Soon’ brand is aimed at 40 plus age group. This is a soft and flowing range, flattering the older body shape. The ‘et vous’ brand is aimed at the 20 plus age group. It is a cleaner smarter/occasion wear for work and evening. The brand’s key features are embellishment and trims, contrast fabric details and styling lines.
