  As part of the Reachfor Consortium's Empowering Families Project I worked across West Berkshire and Oxfordshire supporting young people with SEN (and their famillies) who needed support to transition into either training, employment or further education but were experiencing difficulites in doing so.Additionally working within the Community team within West Berkshire supporting and enabling young unemployed people (16 - 19 years old) to reach their potential.
