Successful implementation of Voice picking for key distribution Processes to improve both accuracy and efficiency within operations. Joint initiative between Supply Chain and leading printer in developing automated processes for delivery of goods to customer direct from printer’s warehouse. Delivered reduced costs, travel time and substantial performance and service improvements. Worked with the project manager as key resource in the delivery of Vista Production Manager and Raw Material Inventory Project in 2003 which involved specifications, testing and implementation of the Vista Production Manager application Managed the IT Application Support team ensuring that the IT application team resolved issues that were logged by the business and those SLAs were met.
