Alison gave a recent talk at the University of Southampton where members of my team and I attended. She was great to listen to, she brought what could be a dry subject to life and made it very engaging. I was so impressed I bought her sales book for myself and the whole team. We now use lots of the suggestions including the BALLS, a simple but effective prioriting approach to decluttering the to list for yourslef and when tasking others.

I initially met Alison when attending a business conference, where Alison was a key-note speaker. I was captivated by her energy, passion and authenticity. During lockdown, I once again reached out to Alison to invite her onto my podcast, as I knew she was a perfect fit for our chosen topic. It was at this time I purchased Alison's book 'SMASH IT' which has had a huge impact on not only me professionally, but personally too. There was one part of the book titled 'What's Stopping You' Having had to cancel a trip to Australia to see my brother during COVID, I learnt from this paragraph that 'its not the situation which presents itself, its how you deal with it' This changed the way I thought about things as well as supporting my mental health during such a challenging time. It kept us strong and I am delighted to say that Mum and I made it out eventually, which was just magical! Following Alison on social media always makes me feel so empowered and motivated. I love watching Alison's journey and recently reached out to Alison to share some business ideas and concepts. Alison was happy to jump on a call at short notice and gave me some amazing feedback and support, but most of all the confidence to remove my self limitations and SMASH IT! which I have done, managing to create and launch a fully subscribed business in just over 2 weeks! Thank you Alison - you are amazing! I highly recommend you consider Alison for any future events and/or business requirements. Clare Horsley - Client Engagement Specialist

I chose to work with Alison to help me with my sales after meeting her online and I sure made the right decision! I work with clients on their branding, messaging and content creation on LinkedIn. Most of my clients come to me organically but I wanted to reach out to corporates as well as entrepreneurs. Alison literally kicked my butt and made me think about sales in a completely different way. She took me from being apologetically British about sales to understanding and knowing my worth, which gave me the confidence to approach bigger organisations from cold and win their business! As a result of Alison's teaching, I am also a much better LinkedIn coach as I now teach lead generation and sales as part of my process. Alison is fun to work with too, which helps when you're feeling squirmy! Thank you Alison for taking me out of my snuggly comfort zone and empowering me to push myself and be able to help more people smash it on LinkedIn! You are a superstar 💜
