My employment began as a Customer Service Representative. Answering inbound calls, processing transcripts and CPA Examination applications. In 2015, my position transitioned into an Administrator in the Licensing Department. I was in charge of academic evaluations for CPA Licensure eligibility. In 2018, I was offered the position as Team Lead. Assisting my supervisor and co-workers with expediting applications, refund request, and escalations. All while continuously prioritizing my workload to stay within processing times and deadlines of my daily duties which include the following; Experience Verification: obtaining experience verification directly from employers for CPA applicants having difficulty finding a licensed CPA to sign off on their experience for licensure and submit final write-ups to the applicants. Continued Professional Education (CPE) Audits: Review certificates of completions for CPE credits making sure randomly selected CPA's meet state boards requirements for their annual renewal of licensure.ADA Proctor: Travel to testing centers within the US to assist candidates testing with disabilities.
