Dwell Housing Trust is a social enterprise that provides affordable housing to people in need in the Wellington region. Dwell is a registered community housing provider. Dwell provides a range of housing services including supportive housing for people experiencing mental illness, group living where we facilitate individual adults living together, general needs public housing, affordable rental and a shared home ownership programme. My key tasks are: • leading and managing the operations of Dwell • leading and managing the development, growth and maintenance of Dwell’s housing portfolio and housing services • development management - managing all aspects of Dwell's new build projects • board reporting • implementation of Dwell’s communication strategy • relationship management and representing the organisation with a wide range of stakeholders including government, business, the community sector, private sector and the philanthropic sector.
