  Work carried out on both Newsagent and more recent centralised Trade Advertising Sales Ledger customer accounts, successfully managing over 300 accounts. Payments processes over the telephone, by cheque, Bacs and previously responsible for generating direct debit collection files. Full reconciliation of linked Group accounts where payment is received from Head office for over an additional 200 accounts. Liason with both internal and external customers to ensure customer bookings are released within print deadlines. Regularly reviewing customer accounts to ensure that all information,payments and queries are kept up to date and orders are booked within assigned credit limits. Responsible for online credit checks on new and existing customers, to allow agreed credit lines to be set up and to ensure that existing credit lines are not in excess of recommended levels.
