  I started at Sports Direct as a part time Sales Assistant while continuing further education and worked my way up to full time sales executive following the completion of my degree. There are a number of responsibilities within Sports Direct I perform on a daily basis; such as dealing with customers and their concerns politely and professionally, managing retail transactional processes in line with Company procedures and relevant audit and security policies, keeping up to date with product knowledge and services offered in store. Achieving sales targets in line with the company’s KPI objectives and maintaining the professional image of the store with regard to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
